Upon arrival, Customers are required to submit a valid identity document to check-in and local legal requirements. You will sign the data notification paper, please check that all data are correct and match with type of equipment and number of people.
Customers will be provided with an identity pass and a “Club del Sole” identification wristband. The pass is personal, cannot be transferred to anyone else and must be brought along (in case of card) or worn (in case of wristband) for the entire duration of your stay.
The personal pass allows the access and the stay at International Riccione Camping Village, it must be shown upon entering and our staff has the right to verify it.
A car-pass, allowing access to one car only, will be also delivered at the Reception desk.
Customers arriving or leaving the Camping Village, must notify the check-in staff by submitting and collecting their personal and car passes, in order to carry out the required registration. Not notified departures within 24 hours are deemed non-valid and will be charged in addition with the Tourist Tax.
Bungalows and mobile homes are available for Customers from 5.00 p.m., pitches are available from 12.00 a.m. on the day of arrival.
Overnight in pitch is allowed only with camper, caravan or tent. Overnights inside a vehicle without specially sleeping accommodation are not permitted. The Site Manager reserves the right to refuse, at his/her sole discretion, the admission of unwanted or supernumerary people.
2. DAILY VISITS
For daily visitors the entrance is allowed only on foot, from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., upon delivery of an Identity Document.
Visitors staying more than 2 hours must pay the daily ticket and will receive a visitor’s pass (card and wristband). People caught in the lack of the necessary authorization, will incur in police reporting for “breaking and entering” pursuant to art. 614 of the Italian Criminal Code.
3. PITCH REGISTRATION
The pitches are assigned by the staff in charge in our Camping Village. All equipment must be neatly arranged inside the delimited spaces in accordance with the instructions received: Situate your caravan’s and/or tent’s entrance facing the street.
The car must be parked within the limits of the pitch or in the assigned parking
Any pitch change is allowed at the sole discretion of the Site Manager.
4. VEHICLE TRAFFIC
For security and safety reasons, traffic circulation (by car, motorbike and scooter) is forbidden inside the campsite. When necessary, inside the premises, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/h.
Traffic is prohibited between 00.00 pm and 7.00 am.
All cars inside the Campsite, as well as those in the external car park, must have the car-pass provided by Reception during check-in. The vehicles without this pass will be removed with costs and responsibilities charged to the owner.
Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians which are responsible for their behavior and the respect of all campsite rules.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization. You can download on our website the Parental Consent form: please fill it, sign and send it by mail with a copy of a valid ID of the signing parent. Minors can also carry this authorization documents directly the day of the arrival.
Moreover, youngest children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult to the toilet and in the pool.
The campsite Management declines all responsibility.
6. QUIET HOURS
From 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and from 00.00 a.m. to 7.00 a.m., noises that may disturb neighbors and all guests are forbidden. Consequently, in respect of the public peace, it is forbidden to install or remove tents and structures or using radios or TV with a high volume. Yelling, screaming and noisy playing are also forbidden. International Riccione Campsite Management has the right to reject or immediately expel, in its sole discretion, any person disturbing other guests or anyone who do not respect the rules of this regulation.
7. GATE HOURS
Opening / closing is regulated through fixed timetables, and gates will be only accessed through a card.
8. SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION
You will find several recycling bins areas throughout the whole Camping Village, to separate collection of waste paper, glass and plastic. Customers are requested to separate their waste and to put it in the right bin, to allow correct recycling.
9. RESPECT OF GREEN SPACES
In respect of environment, it is strictly prohibited:
To damage plants and vegetation and to trace furrows in the ground; to install fences; to tie or anchor any plants; to pull ropes at eye level or to anchor tarpaulins (or any other structure) with ropes or cords directly to the trees.
It is not allowed to pour or discharge into the subsoil detergents, oils, fuels, hot or salty liquids. For security reasons and fire prevention, barbecue is allowed only in specific areas.
To get letters or packages, please contact the Reception desk. Post letters and parcels must be personally collected by the receiver. After seven days, not withdrawn post will be returned to sender.
11. SAFE-KEEPING OF VALUABLES OBJECTS – LOST AND FOUND
Customers who find any lost objects, both on the beach and inside the Campsite, are kindly requested to deliver them to the Reception desk.
It is recommended to pay attention to your personal belongings and take the necessary precautions; money and valuables should not be left unattended inside tents, caravans and mobile homes.
The campsite Management declines all responsibility for any loss or theft assets.
12. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Sinks and washbasins must be used following the guidelines. Clothes washing and dish washing are allowed in specific areas only. You must only empty your chemical toilet into the specific designated areas, you will find a Chemical Disposal Point in the campsite toilet blocks.
It is strictly forbidden to pour any liquid into street manholes. It is strictly forbidden to throw litter, cigarette butts and chewing-gums to the floor. The Management reserves the right to carry out maintenance and technical checks inside the mobile homes, also in the absence of the Guest.
13. ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
Pitches are supplied with 6 Ampere electric power: this value is based on the consumption of low-absorption devices.
The electric connection is only provided to guests with CEE standard cable and plug.
Mobile homes are supplied with 10 Ampere electric power.
14. USE OF COMMON FACILITIES
Shared facilities such as swimming pool, playground, and beach-volley field are used at one’s own risk. Regulations concerning the activities above are reported on specific notices posted on the premises. It is not permitted to play football, bowls, beach volley or other sports outside the specific areas.
Pets are allowed at the Management’s discretion. Cats and dogs must be vaccinated and have appropriate medical records to be submitted to the Reception during the check-in. Pets are allowed in the mobile homes “Riccione” and in the mobile homes owned by the customers. The presence of pets must be notified at the moment of booking. Maximum 2 pets per lodging/pitch are allowed. Pets are not allowed in the toilet blocks and in the children’s playground. Dogs must be on a leash and it is suggested to take a muzzle with you. Pet owners are obliged to pick up their pets’ excrements, using a scooper or the bags found in the Dog Toilets located in the Campsite. Owners will be fully responsible for any damage their pet may cause to third parties. Aggressive or dangerous dogs are subject to previous acceptance by the Management.
Mobile Homes must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. – Pitches must be vacated by 12.00 a.m. Upon departing, please leave your accommodation or pitch tidy.
Tour Operator Guests, who have already paid their stay, must notify the check-out the day before leaving.
Counter Hours: 8.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. / 3.00 p.m. – 7.00 p.m.
Payments are accepted in cash (max € 2999,99) or with Credit Card (VISA, CartaSì, MasterCard, Eurocard).
ENTERING THE PREMISES ENTAILS FULL ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLIANCE TO THESE RULES.
THE STAFF OF INTERNATIONAL RICCIONE CAMPING VILLAGE CAN VERIFY THAT THE RULES ARE RESPECTED AND WILL NOTIFY THE MANAGEMENT IF ANY VIOLATION WILL OCCUR.
